
The AV Attendant is responsible for creating a memorable and unique guest experience in food and beverage and event service. This role supports event functions and enhances the overall guest experience through various service tasks.
The AV Attendant at Sheraton Kota Kinabalu engages in daily activities that involve setting up for events, serving guests, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met. This position requires effective communication with kitchen staff and teamwork to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
Must be able to perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and lifting up to 25 pounds without assistance.
Clear and professional communication skills are necessary.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow safety policies is essential.
Must be able to develop and maintain positive working relationships.
