The AYS Supervisor is responsible for processing all guest check-ins, verifying guest identity, managing payment methods, and assigning rooms. This role includes ensuring accurate guest accounts, entering loyalty program information, and securing payments. The supervisor compiles and reviews daily reports, balances receipts, and ensures compliance with accounting and safety procedures. They assist management in training and coaching employees, maintain positive work relationships, and support team goals. Additionally, they welcome guests, address service needs, communicate professionally, and ensure adherence to quality standards within the property environment.
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 1 year of related work experience.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
Capability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Skill in using computers and POS systems.
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
Strong communication skills including professional verbal and written capabilities.
Ability to work standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
Commitment to supporting team goals and positive working relationships.
