High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 1 year of related work experience.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Ability to work effectively with a team.
Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company standards.
Ability to fulfill physical requirements such as standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Ability to handle guest service needs with professionalism and courtesy.
