Job Description

The Banquet Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the banquet staff works together effectively as a team and that grooming and attire standards are maintained. The role involves communicating with guests and other employees to meet guest needs, managing banquet event arrangements, setting up banquet areas, and maintaining cleanliness and standards. The supervisor assists in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and motivating employees, while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

At least 1 year of related work experience.

At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Ability to work effectively with a team.

Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company standards.

Ability to fulfill physical requirements such as standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Commitment to safety and security policies.

Ability to handle guest service needs with professionalism and courtesy.
