As a Bar Manager at Perhentian Marriott Resort & Spa, you will lead the daily operations of the bar and lounge, ensuring seamless service and high guest satisfaction. Job Requirements
High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in food and beverage or a related professional area.
Alternatively, a 2-year degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, or Business with 2 years of relevant experience.
Comprehensive understanding of beverage control, including inventory, portion control, and cost analysis.
Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and supervise a diverse team in a high-pressure environment.
Knowledge of local liquor laws and food handling/sanitation standards.
Strong interpersonal skills to resolve guest complaints and improve service performance.
Financial acumen to manage controllable expenses and achieve budgeted goals.
