The role involves either barista or kitchen crew responsibilities. As a barista, the duties include greeting customers warmly, making and serving coffee, tea, and other drinks, following standard operating procedures to ensure drink quality, explaining menu items, promoting products, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the café area. For the kitchen crew, the tasks include preparing ingredients like meats and vegetables, chopping, sorting, storing food, assisting the chef by following recipes, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in work areas, setting cooking equipment temperatures, monitoring cooking times, placing finished dishes on trays, and performing cleaning and waste disposal duties.
