• Prepare ingredients for kitchen operations, including chopping and sorting.
• Assist the chef by following recipes and cooking instructions.
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food quality.
• Perform cleaning and waste disposal duties to maintain a hygienic work environment.
