The role involves brewing coffee and tea and serving these drinks to customers, ensuring that each drink meets high-quality standards by following the appropriate standard operating procedures. The role includes explaining Bask Bear products clearly to customers and promoting upselling opportunities. Additional duties include managing cash registers and handling daily financial transactions accurately, cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, sanitizing equipment and utensils, assisting in food preparation according to standard recipes, ensuring cleanliness and sanitization of work areas, arranging ovens and cooking ranges to proper heat levels, placing prepared dishes on trays for serving, and periodically cleaning and sanitizing kitchen floors, ovens, and other cooking equipment.
