The Barista is responsible for brewing and serving high-quality coffee and tea to customers. This role involves engaging with customers, promoting products, and ensuring a clean and efficient work environment.

As a Barista at Bask Bear Coffee, you will be immersed in a fast-paced environment where you will prepare and serve beverages while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. You will also interact with customers to enhance their experience and promote our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brew coffee and tea according to standard operating procedures.
• Serve beverages to customers with a focus on quality and presentation.
• Explain Bask Bear products clearly to customers and promote upselling opportunities.
• Manage cash registers and handle daily financial transactions accurately.
• Clean and restock work and dining areas regularly.
• Sanitize equipment and utensils to maintain hygiene standards.
• Assist in food preparation according to standard recipes.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitization of work areas.
• Arrange ovens and cooking ranges to proper heat levels.
• Periodically clean and sanitize kitchen floors, ovens, and other cooking equipment.
