The candidate should be able to explain and promote Bask Bear products to customers and maintain cleanliness by restocking, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils. Additionally, the role includes preparing ingredients such as meats and vegetables for food preparation, assisting the head chef by following standard recipes, maintaining cleanliness and sanitization of work areas and kitchen equipment, managing cooking times and temperatures, and cleaning dishes and kitchen areas regularly.
