The role involves brewing coffee or tea and serving these drinks to customers. The employee is expected to welcome customers warmly and greet them with enthusiasm. They must ensure that beverages are prepared with passion and meet high quality standards by following the correct standard operating procedures. Additionally, the employee should be able to clearly explain all products to customers and promote or upsell products as appropriate. Responsibilities also include cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, sanitizing equipment and utensils, and ensuring cleanliness and sanitization of all work areas such as countertops.
