The Barista is responsible for brewing and serving high-quality coffee and tea beverages to customers. This role requires a passion for customer service and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and product quality in a fast-paced environment.

As a Barista at Tealive Tropicana City Mall, you will engage with customers, prepare beverages, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Your day-to-day tasks will involve following standard operating procedures to deliver exceptional drinks while maintaining cleanliness in the work area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brew coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes.
• Serve drinks to customers with enthusiasm and warmth.
• Explain product offerings clearly to customers.
• Promote and upsell products as appropriate.
• Clean and restock work and dining areas regularly.
• Empty trash and sanitize equipment and utensils.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitization of all work areas, including countertops.
