Job Description
As a Barista at Tealive Tropicana City Mall, you will engage with customers, prepare beverages, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Your day-to-day tasks will involve following standard operating procedures to deliver exceptional drinks while maintaining cleanliness in the work area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brew coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes.
- Serve drinks to customers with enthusiasm and warmth.
- Explain product offerings clearly to customers.
- Promote and upsell products as appropriate.
- Clean and restock work and dining areas regularly.
- Empty trash and sanitize equipment and utensils.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitization of all work areas, including countertops.
Job Requirements
Must be 18 years old or above based on birth month.
Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.
Prior experience in a food and beverage environment with customer-facing responsibilities is an added advantage.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Must be able to work on flexible time, weekends, and public holidays.
