This role involves managing end-to-end BPO operations, serving as the main contact for operational goals and performance metrics. The executive will collaborate with various stakeholders to implement action plans, monitor vendor performance, and ensure compliance with contracts. Regular business reviews will be conducted to assess performance and drive improvements. The position also requires maintaining optimal backlog levels and validating vendor billing for accuracy.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with strong analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team.
