Job Description
In this position, you will oversee daily BPO operations, acting as the primary contact for performance management and vendor relations. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires regular interaction with multiple teams to ensure compliance and drive improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end BPO operations to meet performance metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective action plans.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contracts.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess and improve performance.
- Maintain optimal backlog levels for operational efficiency.
- Validate vendor billing for accuracy and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the BPO framework.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with strong analytical skills.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Vendor management or customer service management experience is a plus.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Experience in performance management and project management is advantageous.
