In this position, you will oversee daily BPO operations, serving as the main contact for performance management and vendor relations. You will engage with multiple teams to implement strategies that drive key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end BPO operations.
- Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contracts.
- Conduct business reviews to assess operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement action plans.
- Travel to BPO sites for performance assessments.
- Ensure alignment of operational expectations across teams.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in vendor management or customer service management.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in performance management and project management is an added advantage.
