Job Description

This role involves managing end-to-end BPO operations, serving as the main contact for operational alignment and performance expectations. The executive will collaborate with various stakeholders to implement action plans that meet key performance indicators. Responsibilities include monitoring vendor performance, conducting business reviews, and ensuring compliance with contracts. The position also requires travel to BPO sites for performance assessments and operational alignment.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with strong analytical skills.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in vendor management or customer service management.

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in performance management and project management is an added advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and trend analysis skills.

Excellent presentation and collaboration skills.

Proven ability to manage relationships within BPOs.
