The Branch Admin cum Warehouse Assistant is responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in managing branch operations. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring efficient inventory management and timely documentation processes within the branch.

Job Description

In this role, you will assist in the daily operations of the branch, focusing on inventory management and documentation. You will work closely with the Branch Manager and other team members to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Branch Manager in managing branch operations.
  • Ensure proper validation and timely submission of documents and reports.
  • Execute loading and unloading processes to completion.
  • Manage physical inventory procedures effectively.
  • Generate and submit various branch reports.
  • Prepare documents for headquarters as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree.

Minimum 3 years working experience.

Knowledge of SAP system.

Ability to start work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
