This role involves supporting branch operations by managing logistics, generating reports, and utilizing the SAP system. The position includes assisting with branch document validation and overseeing loading, unloading, and inventory management processes.
The role involves assisting the Branch Manager or Executive in managing branch operations, ensuring proper validation and timely submission of documents and reports. The incumbent will be responsible for executing the Loading and Unloading processes through to synchronization completion, managing physical inventory procedures, generating and submitting various branch reports, and preparing documents for headquarters.
Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree.
Minimum 3 years working experience.
Knowledge of SAP system.
Ability to start work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
