
The Business Analyst (Continuous Improvement) is responsible for driving performance improvement initiatives and IT-related solutions. This role collaborates with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and productivity across the organization.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day analysis and support the implementation of new systems and process improvements. You will work closely with various teams to identify business gaps and propose automation opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
2–5 years of relevant working experience in business analysis, process improvement, or IT project environment.
Experience in ERP systems will be an added advantage.
Strong experience in requirements gathering and process mapping.
Familiarity with process design and continuous improvement methodologies.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Visio is an added advantage).
Good stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
