We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Business Analyst to drive performance improvement initiatives and IT-related solutions that enhance operational efficiency and productivity across the organization. This role will work closely with stakeholders to identify business gaps, propose automation opportunities, and support the implementation of new systems and process improvements aligned with the company’s strategic roadmap.
Job Requirements
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
2–5 years of relevant working experience in business analysis, process improvement, or IT project environment
Experience in ERP systems will be an added advantage
Strong experience in requirements gathering and process mapping
Familiarity with process design and continuous improvement methodologies
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Visio is an added advantage)
Good stakeholder management and project coordination skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
