The Business Analyst acts as the single point of contact for both internal and external parties, ensuring smooth and consistent communication. The role involves managing project scope, cost, schedule, resources, and deliverables while assisting with strategy development, requirements definition, business process improvement, stakeholder involvement, change management, quality assurance, risk management, user training, application configuration, system installation, and testing. Additionally, the Business Analyst leads project activities to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to a high-quality standard, while also providing consultancy services on technical requirements and design specifications.

Experience assisting with strategy development, requirements definition, business process improvement, stakeholder involvement, change management, quality assurance, risk management, user training, application configuration, system installation, and testing.
Ability to lead, coordinate, and monitor project-related activities.
Experience identifying and managing project risks.
Experience managing Quality Assurance processes for software implementations.
Ability to generate project documentation and adhere to project reporting procedures.
Ability to identify customer needs and maintain client relationships through quality work.
Ability to provide consultancy services on technical requirements and design specifications.
