Ability to communicate effectively in Thai.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
Ability to manage employee inquiries and provide timely responses.
Familiarity with onboarding, leave management, and HR systems.
Capable of coordinating HR programs and supporting compliance with labor laws.
Skills in using learning management systems (LMS) and employee self-service (ESS) platforms.
Ability to collect, track, and analyze employee service metrics and feedback.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
