Job Description

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, focusing on various HR functions such as onboarding and leave management. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with team members to enhance employee satisfaction and compliance with HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and programs.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Manage leave requests and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide access to HR tools and resources for employees.
  • Resolve employee issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Coordinate various HR programs and initiatives.
  • Support compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Collect and analyze employee service metrics and feedback.

Job Requirements

Ability to communicate effectively in Thai.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of HR policies and procedures.

Familiarity with onboarding and leave management processes.

Skills in using learning management systems (LMS) and employee self-service (ESS) platforms.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
