In this position, the Salesforce Senior Analyst will engage in day-to-day activities that involve configuring Salesforce applications and collaborating with various teams to ensure optimal performance. The work environment is dynamic, requiring adaptability and a strong focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Configure Salesforce objects, profiles, roles, reports, and workflows.
- Ensure data security and integrity within Salesforce applications.
- Manage business process automation using Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Flows.
- Conduct detailed design discussions and support application configuration.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify technical solutions.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Create custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
- Train end-users and troubleshoot issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Ability to configure Salesforce objects, profiles, roles, reports, and workflows.
Knowledge of data security and integrity practices within Salesforce.
Experience managing business process automation using Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Flows.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to train end-users.
