
The Order to Cash Ops Lead (Cash Apps) is responsible for managing the Cash Apps Team's workload distribution and ensuring that all performance metrics are met. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency and delivering exceptional service to both internal stakeholders and customers.
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the Cash Apps Team, ensuring that tasks are allocated effectively and performance targets are achieved. You will engage in proactive discussions to resolve issues and maintain data integrity while preparing management reports and attending client meetings.
