The Order to Cash Ops Lead (Cash Apps) is responsible for managing the Cash Apps Team's workload distribution and ensuring that all performance metrics are met. The role involves escalation of issues, providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and customers, performing detailed account reconciliations to resolve disputed receivables, and driving proactive discussions to reach resolutions within agreed timelines. The individual also manages data integration and integrity of key performance metrics, prepares and reviews management reports, updates desktop procedures and work instructions, and attends client meetings to discuss account performance and address issues as needed.

Experience in data integration and maintaining data integrity.
Capable of performing detailed account reconciliation.
Excellent customer service skills for internal and external stakeholders.
Skill in preparing and analyzing performance metric reports.

Familiarity with client policies and procedures.
Effective communication skills to attend and contribute to client meetings.
Capability to update desktop procedures and local work instructions timely.
Experience in conducting account analysis and preparing reports for management.
