Role Summary

The Order to Cash Ops Lead (Cash Apps) is responsible for managing the Cash Apps Team's workload distribution and ensuring that all performance metrics are met. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency and delivering exceptional service to both internal stakeholders and customers.

Job Description

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the Cash Apps Team, ensuring that tasks are allocated effectively and performance targets are achieved. You will engage in proactive discussions to resolve issues and maintain data integrity while preparing management reports and attending client meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the workload distribution of the Cash Apps Team.
  • Ensure all performance metrics are met consistently.
  • Escalate issues as per established policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Perform detailed account reconciliations to resolve disputed receivables.
  • Drive proactive discussions to reach resolutions within agreed timelines.
  • Prepare and review management reports on key performance metrics.
  • Update desktop procedures and work instructions as needed.
  • Attend client meetings to discuss account performance and address issues.

Job Requirements

Strong leadership and team management skills.
