The role involves managing inbound and outbound leads, identifying and closing business opportunities, and optimizing partnerships to create long-term value. The position requires working closely across multiple departments, analyzing team performance data, troubleshooting issues related to hotel booking performance, and creatively solving partner challenges in a data-driven environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any relevant field.
Detail oriented and structured thinking in identifying opportunities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence external and internal stakeholders.
Solutions-oriented mindset.
Comfortable in two-way feedback culture.
Adapts well to and is energized by a fast-paced environment and changes.
Fluency in English and Mandarin is required due to communication with overseas colleagues and clients.
Additional fluency in other languages is a plus.
Aware of the importance of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics.
