The Business Development Performance Management intern is responsible for identifying issues and developing strategic recommendations based on data analysis. This role involves collaboration with internal teams to optimize performance metrics and manage project execution effectively.

In this internship, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve data gathering, analysis, and project management within a dynamic e-commerce environment. You will work closely with Relationship Managers and Salespersons to enhance performance and drive business growth.

• Conduct market research to inform business strategies.
• Optimize performance metrics for Relationship Managers and Salespersons.
