This position focuses on building relationships with sellers and developing strategic plans to enhance their performance on Shopee. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and a collaborative spirit to drive growth and optimize seller visibility.
In this role, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with Shopee Sellers while constructing strategic business plans to identify growth opportunities. You will educate Tier 1 Brands on enhancing their presence on the platform, negotiate deals, and analyze sales performance to drive revenue. Additionally, you will manage pricing strategies and product assortments, securing exclusive partnerships for key campaigns and collaborating with internal teams to optimize seller visibility.
A Bachelor’s degree in any field
Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
Strong analytical skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
Innovative problem-solving abilities
Team player with a drive to exceed KPIs
Excellent command of English; fluency in Malay or Chinese is an advantage
