Role Summary
The Business Development - Relationship Management / Key Account Management is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with Shopee Sellers. This role involves constructing strategic business plans to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue through effective seller engagement.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage with Shopee Sellers on a daily basis, focusing on building partnerships and enhancing their presence on the platform. You will work in a dynamic environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Shopee Sellers.
- Construct strategic business plans to identify growth opportunities.
- Educate Tier 1 Brands on enhancing their presence on the platform.
- Negotiate deals to drive revenue growth.
- Analyze sales performance to optimize seller strategies.
- Manage pricing strategies and product assortments.
- Secure exclusive partnerships for key campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize seller visibility.
Job Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
Strong analytical skills, especially in Microsoft Excel.
Innovative problem-solving abilities.
Team player with a drive to exceed KPIs.
Excellent command of English; fluency in Malay or Chinese is an advantage.
