Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
5-8 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, business analytics, or strategy roles
Prior experience in e-commerce, tech, logistics, or high-growth environments preferred
Proven track record of owning P&L and driving business performance
Excellent data handling skills in Excel/Google Sheets; experience in SQL/Power BI is a plus
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Leadership experience is essential
