Job Description
In this internship, you will engage in the day-to-day activities of product management within a dynamic fintech environment. You will work closely with various teams to drive user acceptance testing and monitor product performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end development of payment processing and card issuing features.
- Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure product quality.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate feature delivery.
- Monitor product performance to ensure stable operations.
- Handle incident management to resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in the documentation of product features and processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of payment systems.
Job Requirements
1-3 years of experience in product management, fintech, payments, or related roles.
Experience in launching product features and conducting UAT/testing.
Exposure to payment systems or card issuing flows.
Fluent communication skills in English and Malay; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
Detail-oriented and proactive with a growth mindset.
