Role Summary
The Business Product Management (ShopeePay - E-Wallet) is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of eWallet features. This role involves collaboration with regional teams to ensure effective product delivery and user satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description
In this internship role, you will engage in the planning, design, and execution of eWallet features while working closely with cross-functional teams. You will also conduct user acceptance testing and prepare training materials to support product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire lifecycle of eWallet features.
- Collaborate with regional teams to assess feature requests.
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure product quality.
- Prepare training materials for internal stakeholders.
- Address system queries and provide support to users.
- Ensure timely product delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on product goals.
Job Requirements
Minimum 3 - 5 years of product management experience in financial services or related tech industries.
Proven ability to launch and manage product features in fast-paced environments.
Strong communication skills to convey ideas and technical concepts clearly.
Proficient in English and Malay; Chinese is a plus.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and a critical thinker with a growth mindset.
Experience in the Fintech industry is an advantage.
