Job Description
The Campus Hire - Mechanical Integrity Engineer role is an entry-level position focused on supporting the asset integrity of fixed equipment and piping across Product Solutions or Upstream facilities globally. The engineer will be part of the Equipment engineering team, providing technical insights and support to ensure the reliability and safety of operations through a combination of materials, corrosion expertise, inspection experience, and static equipment knowledge. This role involves proactive problem-solving, collaboration with global teams, and occasional travel, based in Kuala Lumpur.
Job Requirements
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Materials or Mechanical Engineering with an excellent academic track record.
Candidates with less than 3 years of relevant working experience are encouraged to apply.
Ability to work in a multi-cultural global setting coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated intellectual rigor, strong drive, and proactiveness in leading change.
