Minimum SPM qualification
Certification in hospitality, F&B, or related field is an advantage
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry
Strong leadership and team management skills

Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
