Job Description
As a Cashier in Billing, you will be responsible for registering new patients, processing payments, and ensuring accurate billing. You will handle cash, credit card, and online transactions while maintaining patient confidentiality. Your role includes reconciling daily collections, issuing receipts, and assisting with patient inquiries. You will also ensure compliance with safety and operational standards, contributing to a seamless patient experience.
Job Requirements
Min. SPM or Diploma in relevant field such as Accountancy, Business or Administration
Good personality and pleasant appearance
Ability to accurately handle cash, credit/debit transactions and digital payments
Communication skills and good computer literacy
Knowledge of generating, checking and processing patient bills
Understanding of reconciliation and balancing daily transactions
Ability to explain bills clearly and handle payment-related queries
Honest handling of cash and sensitive data
