Job Requirements
Minimum secondary school qualification (SPM or STPM)
Experience in hospital or healthcare billing is an advantage
Basic knowledge of insurance claims preferred
Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and hospital information systems (HITS)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Understanding of confidentiality and patient data protection
