The CCTV Assistant is responsible for monitoring surveillance footage and alarm systems to detect unauthorized activities. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the safety and security of retail outlets and the overall premises of the company.
As a CCTV Assistant, you will engage in daily monitoring of surveillance systems and respond to incidents as they arise. You will also conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain detailed reports of any incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in monitoring CCTV systems and alarm protocols.
Ability to conduct on-site outlet inspections for security compliance.
Strong documentation skills for maintaining detailed incident reports.
Capability to provide training to new hires on security practices.
Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time to different sites.
Reliable commute to Jementah or Segamat area.
