Job Description
As a CCTV Assistant, you will engage in daily monitoring of surveillance systems and respond to incidents as they arise. You will also conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain detailed reports of any incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor surveillance footage and alarm systems to detect unauthorized activities.
- Ensure all retail outlets are properly armed after hours.
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies.
- Conduct on-site inspections to verify security equipment functionality.
- Maintain detailed incident reports for record-keeping.
- Provide training to new hires on security practices.
- Support the Head of Department with regular updates on security matters.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in monitoring CCTV systems and alarm protocols.
Ability to conduct on-site outlet inspections for security compliance.
Strong documentation skills for maintaining detailed incident reports.
Capability to provide training to new hires on security practices.
Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time to different sites.
Reliable commute to Jementah or Segamat area.
