As a CCTV Assistant, you will be responsible for continuously monitoring surveillance footage and alarm systems to detect unauthorized activities. Your role involves ensuring all retail outlets are properly armed after hours and responding promptly to incidents or emergencies. You will conduct on-site inspections to verify security equipment functionality and compliance with safety standards. Additionally, you will maintain detailed incident reports, provide training to new hires, and support the Head of Department with regular updates to ensure the overall safety and security of the company's premises.
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in monitoring CCTV systems and alarm protocols.
Ability to conduct on-site outlet inspections for security compliance.
Strong documentation skills for maintaining detailed incident reports.
Capability to provide training to new hires on security practices.
Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time to different sites.
Reliable commute to Jementah or Segamat area.
Strong sense of responsibility and emergency response skills.
