Job Description
In this role, you will engage in daily data analysis to identify gaps in chatbot performance and assist in designing conversational flows. You will receive training to enhance your skills while supporting the implementation of enhancements and addressing ad-hoc problems related to chatbots.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis to identify performance gaps in chatbot solutions.
- Assist in designing conversational flows with conditional logic.
- Support the implementation of enhancements to chatbot functionalities.
- Perform ad-hoc problem solving for chatbot-related issues.
- Collaborate with team members to improve key performance indicators.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance analytical skills.
- Document findings and recommendations for future improvements.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields.
Fresh graduates within 6 months of graduating will also be considered.
Strong business acumen.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Proficient communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Self-motivated and passionate about a dynamic work environment.
Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks.
Commitment to a 3-6 months internship.
