Job Description
In this role, you will conduct data analysis to identify gaps and areas for improvement in chatbot performance and key performance indicators. You will assist in designing conversational flows with conditional logic to enhance chatbot solutions, with training provided. Additionally, you will support the implementation of enhancements and perform ad-hoc problem solving for chatbot-related issues.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields
Fresh graduates within 6 months of graduating will also be considered
Strong business acumen
Excellent problem-solving skills
Proficient communication skills in English and BM
Self-motivated and passionate about a dynamic work environment
Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks
Commitment to a 3-6 months internship
