
The Chef de Partie is responsible for overseeing and managing daily production kitchen operations. This role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about cooking and eager to experiment with new cuisines and recipes while ensuring high standards of food quality and hygiene.
In this role, you will be actively involved in cooking, quality control, and recipe execution while collaborating with kitchen teams and cross-functional departments. You will ensure smooth operations and maintain consistent food quality in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Proven experience as a Chef in a production or commercial kitchen environment.
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Experience in procurement and inventory management.
Hands-on experience working in a halal kitchen.
Ability to work independently and lead a team.
