Proven experience as a Chef in a production or commercial kitchen environment.
Ability to work independently while leading and supporting a team.
Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
Experience in procurement, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
Willingness and ability to drive to assist with ingredient sourcing and pickups when needed.
Passion for cooking, learning new cuisines, and developing new recipes.
Organized, action-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Hands-on experience working in a halal kitchen with strong knowledge of halal compliance.
