The role involves ensuring proper food portioning, arrangement, and garnish, maintaining food logs, monitoring food quality and quantity, and communicating special menu items or shortages to staff. This position also includes assisting management with staff hiring, training, scheduling, and employee development as well as adhering to company safety, security, and hygiene standards.
Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree preferred.
At least 3 years of related work experience preferred.
No supervisory experience required.
