The Chef de Partie - Pastry is responsible for preparing special meals and substitute items, regulating oven and grill temperatures, and ensuring proper food portioning, arrangement, and garnish. This role involves maintaining food logs, monitoring food quality and quantity, and communicating needs during busy periods. The Chef de Partie - Pastry prepares and cooks food according to set recipes and quality standards, assists management in various employee-related activities, follows company safety and security policies, and supports guest service needs while maintaining professional appearance and confidentiality.

Job Requirements

Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree is preferred.

At least 3 years of related work experience is preferred.

No supervisory experience is required.

Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.

Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.

Strong communication skills and ability to support team goals.

Adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Ability to follow safety and security policies and report concerns appropriately.
