In this role, you will supervise the bakery department's daily activities, including baking and merchandise display. You will be responsible for training staff and maintaining high standards of product quality, especially during promotional events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily bakery operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Train and mentor new staff members in baking techniques and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards and food safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area.
Job Requirements
Have at least a Certificate or Diploma/Degree in a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in bakery techniques and food preparation.
Knowledge of quality control standards.
Strong communication skills and an attractive personality.
Age 22 years and above.
Strong interest in retail.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Full working rights in Malaysia.
