
The Chief Concierge is responsible for supporting all aspects of Concierge functions in accordance with hotel standards. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a unique and memorable stay for guests by coordinating operations and enhancing guest experiences.
The Chief Concierge at Sheraton Kota Kinabalu oversees the daily operations of the concierge team, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction. This position involves collaborating with local businesses and managing guest services to create a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or GED with 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related major is acceptable with no prior work experience required.
Ability to coordinate daily concierge operations while maintaining service quality.
Experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with local attractions and businesses.
Capability to support and lead a concierge team focused on guest satisfaction.
