This role involves leading operations for a growing e-commerce furniture company by optimizing team performance, structure, and leadership. The position requires establishing operational systems and collaborating across departments to support new product launches and company-wide alignment.

This role involves leading and optimizing people performance, structure, and leadership by clarifying roles, ownership, and outcomes, and installing management rhythms such as weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews. The position requires establishing operating systems including OKRs, KPIs, dashboards, SOPs, and decision cadences across multiple brands and countries, while translating strategy into execution roadmaps with clear ownership and milestones. Additionally, the role focuses on improving supply chain and planning by reducing lead times, stockouts, and working capital drag while increasing OTIF and inventory turns. It includes building S&OP and capacity planning to support rapid product launches. Collaborating with the finance lead, the role demands shifting finance and FP&A towards proactive forecasting, margin governance, and cash conversion discipline. The role also serves as an integrator between product, operations, marketing, and finance to ensure company-wide alignment and program management of key initiatives such as new markets, large launches, and replatforming.
