The Chief Operating Officer (E-Commerce Furniture Industry) is responsible for leading and optimizing operational performance across multiple brands and countries. This role significantly impacts the company's ability to execute strategic initiatives and improve supply chain efficiency.

In this role, you will lead day-to-day operations, focusing on enhancing team performance and establishing effective management rhythms. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and drive key initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize people performance through clear roles and ownership.
• Establish operating systems including OKRs, KPIs, dashboards, and SOPs.
• Translate strategy into execution roadmaps with clear ownership and milestones.
• Improve supply chain efficiency by reducing lead times and stockouts.
• Build S&OP and capacity planning to support rapid product launches.
• Collaborate with finance to enhance proactive forecasting and margin governance.
• Integrate efforts between product, operations, marketing, and finance for alignment.
