Key Responsibilities:

- Establish operating systems including OKRs, KPIs, dashboards, and SOPs.
- Translate strategy into execution roadmaps with clear ownership and milestones.
- Improve supply chain efficiency by reducing lead times and stockouts.
- Build S&OP and capacity planning to support rapid product launches.
- Collaborate with finance to enhance proactive forecasting and margin governance.
- Integrate efforts between product, operations, marketing, and finance for alignment.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in a senior operational role within the e-commerce sector.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and team development.
Ability to challenge and motivate teams towards achieving optimal outcomes.
Experience in building and implementing operational systems and processes.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Based in Malaysia or Australia with remote work capability.
