Role Summary
The Civil & Infra Design Engineer is responsible for projecting civil and infrastructure plans and determining design feasibilities and constraints. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and compliance with local authority regulations.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in the daily tasks of preparing design calculations and documentation for infrastructure projects, while also supporting construction drawings and liaising with clients, project consultants, and contractors. You will adapt designs based on project demands and maintain network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project civil and infrastructure plans to meet design requirements.
- Prepare design calculations and documentation for submission to local authorities.
- Support civil and infrastructure construction drawings.
- Liaise with clients, project consultants, and contractors.
- Implement design changes based on project demands.
- Maintain and oversee network infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
Proficient in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Experience with civil and infrastructure design software for Earthworks, Storm Detention System, Drainage and Sewerage Design, Drainage Catchments Assignation, Water Supply, and Population equivalents (PE) take off for sewerage.
