Job Description
In this role, the Quantity Surveyor will engage in daily tasks related to costing and documentation within a collaborative construction environment. The position requires attention to detail and effective communication with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project costing and take-off tasks.
- Handle interactions with clients, consultants, and main contractors.
- Ensure compliance with construction contract documents.
- Manage all project correspondence and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Prepare documentation for safekeeping.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
Job Requirements
Must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate/Degree in Quantity Surveying.
At least a minimum of 2 years working experience.
Pleasant personality with good communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Initiative, responsible, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
Computer literate (Ms Excel, Ms Word, etc.).
Effective time management and ability to multitask.
Knowledge in Glodon Software (TRB and TAS) and AutoCAD is an added advantage.
