This role is for a Quantity Surveyor responsible for managing costs and maintaining communication with clients, contractors, and consultants. The position involves handling project documentation, costing tasks, and ensuring contract obligations are met.
The role involves full responsibility for costing and taking-off tasks. The individual will handle interactions with clients, other consultants, and main contractors. They must be familiar with construction contract documents and manage all project correspondence and documentation, ensuring the company fulfills its contract obligations. Additionally, the role requires general filing and preparation of records for safekeeping.
Must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate/Degree in Quantity Surveying.
At least minimum of 2 years working experience.
Pleasant personality with good communications and writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Candidate must have initiative, responsible and can work independently under minimum supervision.
Computer literate (Ms Excel, Ms Word etc.).
Effective time management and ability to multi-tasks are required.
Knowledge in Glodon Software (TRB and TAS) and Auto Cad are an added advantage.
