
The Account Executive is responsible for managing financial accounts and providing essential administrative support. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day office activities and financial reporting.
In this position, you will engage in daily accounting tasks while supporting the overall administrative functions of the office. You will work closely with financial data and collaborate with auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in finance, accounting or any other related field.
Minimum two to five years of experience in accounting.
Excellent understanding of accounting rules and procedures, including GAAP.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
Advanced knowledge and experience with spreadsheets.
Knowledge in SQL Accounting software is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently.
