Structural Engineer – Perunding ZAB Sdn Bhd

The Structural Engineer is responsible for providing Structural and Foundation Engineering Design for various projects. This role involves collaboration with clients, contractors, and authorities to ensure high-quality design and compliance with standards.

In this position, the Structural Engineer will engage in the design of reinforced concrete and steel structures, preparing necessary documentation and conducting site visits as needed. The work environment is dynamic, requiring effective communication and problem-solving skills to address design-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Structural and Foundation Engineering Design for commercial buildings, offices, mixed-use developments, and warehouses.
• Prepare structural design reports and construction drawings according to BS or Euro Code standards.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, sub-contractors, and government authorities.
• Conduct site visits to address design-related issues and monitor quality control.
• Ensure compliance with approved construction drawings.
• Prepare design calculations and documentation as required by clients.
• Utilize software tools such as ETABS, PROTA, and PLAXIS for design tasks.
