You will act as the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Your role will involve coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs and expectations, as well as gathering feedback to enhance service offerings. Additionally, you will assist in identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services, contributing to overall client satisfaction and retention.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Proven experience in client relations or customer service
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
