
The Commis 2 - Pastry is responsible for preparing ingredients and cooking food according to recipes and quality standards. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the kitchen's efficiency and ensuring high food quality in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
In this role, you will engage in various kitchen tasks, including preparing ingredients, operating kitchen appliances, and ensuring cleanliness and sanitation. You will work closely with the culinary team to deliver exceptional pastry items that meet the hotel's standards.
Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 1 year of related work experience.
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
