The Commis I (Interactive) is responsible for preparing special meals and substitute items according to established recipes and quality standards. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the overall dining experience by maintaining high food quality and collaborating effectively with the kitchen team.

In this role, you will engage in daily food preparation activities, ensuring that all meals meet the required standards of quality and presentation. You will work in a dynamic kitchen environment, closely interacting with chefs and service staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare special meals and substitute items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Regulate cooking temperatures to ensure optimal food quality.
• Thaw food properly and maintain proper portioning and garnishing.
• Maintain food logs and monitor food quality and quantity.
• Communicate effectively with the Chef and service staff regarding menu items and specials.
• Assist in food preparation and support management in personnel activities.
• Adhere to safety, security, and company policies.
