
The Commis II - Kitchen L'Orangerie is responsible for preparing ingredients for cooking and ensuring food quality and presentation standards. This role operates in a fast-paced kitchen environment, contributing to the overall dining experience by supporting the culinary team.
In this position, the Commis II will engage in daily food preparation tasks, including portioning, chopping, and cooking according to established recipes. The role requires maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment while collaborating with team members to meet service goals.
Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
Ability to follow company safety and security policies and procedures.
Ability to maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation in the kitchen area.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
