The position requires following company policies, ensuring proper food handling and portioning, and supporting a positive team environment while performing physical activities like standing, bending, and lifting during the work shift.
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 1 year of related work experience.
No supervisory experience required.
Ability to prepare ingredients and cook food according to established standards.
Capability to operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Capacity to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and stooping.
Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures.
Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
