
The Commis II - Main Kitchen is responsible for preparing ingredients and cooking food according to recipes and quality standards. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the kitchen's efficiency and ensuring a high standard of food presentation and safety.
In this role, you will engage in daily kitchen operations, preparing various ingredients and cooking meals in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the culinary team to ensure that all dishes meet the established quality and presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
At least 1 year of related work experience.
Ability to operate kitchen equipment effectively.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
Capacity to perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending.
Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures.
