
The Commis III is responsible for preparing ingredients for cooking and ensuring food quality standards are met. This role plays a crucial part in the kitchen environment, supporting teamwork and maintaining safety protocols.
In this position, the Commis III will engage in daily food preparation tasks, including portioning, chopping, and cooking according to established recipes. The role requires operating kitchen equipment and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and lifting objects up to 25 pounds.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Awareness and adherence to safety and security policies.
