
The Compensation & Benefits Analyst is responsible for supporting the Global Total Rewards function by providing analyses and recommendations related to compensation and benefits. This role plays a critical part in ensuring market competitiveness and enhancing global compensation and benefits programs.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day analyses of compensation data and market trends, while collaborating with various teams to improve total rewards programs. You will also prepare headcount reports and conduct job evaluations to ensure alignment with market standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong analytical skills related to compensation and benefits data.
Experience in participating or leading salary surveys.
Familiarity with compensation and benefits program development.
Skill in preparing and analyzing HR reports.
Effective communication skills for employee materials.
Proficiency in SuccessFactors modules, especially employee central and compensation.
