Job Description

The Compensation & Benefits Analyst supports the Global Total Rewards function by providing analyses and recommendations related to compensation and benefits to ensure market competitiveness. The role involves analyzing compensation data and market trends, leading salary survey participation, and contributing to the development and improvement of global compensation and benefits programs and processes. This position also includes preparing and analyzing headcount reports, coordinating the rollout of total rewards programs, conducting job evaluations, developing communications on compensation matters, acting as a super-user for specific HR systems, and performing audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Job Requirements

Strong analytical skills related to compensation and benefits data.

Ability to interpret market trends and propose appropriate adjustments.

Experience in participating or leading salary surveys across multiple regions.

Familiarity with development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs and systems.

Skill in preparing and analyzing headcount and other HR reports.

Capability to coordinate program rollouts including training and communication.

Experience conducting job evaluations and making compensation recommendations.

Effective communication skills to develop employee materials related to compensation and benefits.

Proficiency in SuccessFactors modules, especially employee central and compensation.

Attention to detail to perform audits ensuring compliance and data accuracy.
