Role Summary
The Compensation & Benefits Analyst is responsible for supporting the Global Total Rewards function by providing analyses and recommendations related to compensation and benefits. This role plays a critical part in ensuring market competitiveness and enhancing global compensation and benefits programs.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day analyses of compensation data and market trends, while collaborating with various teams to improve total rewards programs. You will also prepare headcount reports and conduct job evaluations to ensure alignment with market standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze compensation data and market trends to provide insights.
- Lead salary survey participation across multiple regions.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of compensation and benefits programs.
- Prepare and analyze headcount reports for management review.
- Coordinate the rollout of total rewards programs, including training and communication.
- Conduct job evaluations and make compensation recommendations.
- Develop employee communications related to compensation and benefits.
- Act as a super-user for specific HR systems and perform audits for compliance.
