The Warehouse Operator is responsible for conducting various warehouse activities such as receiving and storing packed goods, performing data entry, picking and packing customer orders, and organizing branch transfers including handling dangerous goods. The role includes repackaging and transferring materials into specific SKUs, loading and unloading trucks, maintaining housekeeping standards following 5S principles, and ensuring adherence to safety processes and procedures. The operator also handles customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution, and complies fully with all Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) standards and related operational responsibilities.
