The Warehouse Operator is responsible for conducting various warehouse activities to ensure efficient operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy and safety standards within the warehouse environment.
Job Description
The Warehouse Operator engages in daily tasks such as receiving and storing goods, performing data entry, and managing customer orders. The operator also ensures compliance with safety and health regulations while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct receiving and storing of packed goods.
- Perform data entry for inventory management.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Organize branch transfers, including handling dangerous goods.
- Repackage and transfer materials into specific SKUs.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently.
- Maintain housekeeping standards following 5S principles.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Ensure full compliance with Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) standards.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in warehouse operations preferred.
Knowledge of safety processes and procedures.
Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Familiarity with 5S principles and housekeeping standards.
