Job Description

The Concierge Supervisor at Sheraton Kota Kinabalu manages daily operations related to guest services, ensuring that all guest interactions are handled with professionalism and efficiency. This position requires a proactive approach to guest requests and a commitment to upholding the hotel's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process guest check-ins and verify guest identity and payments.
  • Assign rooms and issue room keys to guests.
  • Maintain accurate guest accounts and handle payment transactions.
  • Prepare reports related to guest services and operations.
  • Accommodate and follow up on guest requests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist in training and motivating employees to enhance service quality.
  • Maintain a professional work environment and ensure adherence to company policies.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.

At least 1 year of related work experience is required.

At least 1 year of supervisory experience is required.

Must be able to handle customer service and guest interactions professionally.

Must have the ability to follow company policies and procedures.

Must be capable of maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets.

Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
