Job Description

The Concierge Supervisor at Sheraton Kota Kinabalu is responsible for processing guest check-ins, verifying guest identity and payments, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys. This role includes maintaining accurate guest accounts, handling payment transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring guest requests are accommodated and followed up. The supervisor also assists in training and motivating employees, maintains a professional work environment, and ensures adherence to company policies and quality standards.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.

At least 1 year of related work experience is required.

At least 1 year of supervisory experience is required.

Must be able to handle customer service and guest interactions professionally.

Must have the ability to follow company policies and procedures.

Must be capable of maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets.

Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.

Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, and moving objects up to 10 pounds.
