Job Description

The Contracts Manager plays a crucial role in the daily operations of project management, focusing on contract negotiation and administration. They work closely with various teams to ensure that all contractual obligations are met and risks are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contract negotiation and execution with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Oversee pre- and post-contract administration in line with company policies.
  • Monitor project progress, including variation orders and extensions of time.
  • Collaborate with project and quantity surveying teams on budget control and claims.
  • Prepare contractual correspondence and documentation for dispute resolution.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar role, preferably in facade/aluminium/glass construction.

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or equivalent.

Solid understanding of construction contracts (e.g., PAM, CIDB, and FIDIC).

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Able to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

Proficient in MS Office; contract software/tools is an added advantage.
