They monitor project progress, variation orders, extensions of time, and cost implications, and work closely with project and quantity surveying teams on budget control and claims. Additionally, the Contract Manager prepares contractual correspondence and documentation for dispute resolution, maintains accurate contract records, and ensures all contractual risks are identified and mitigated.
