In this role, the Project Manager will engage in day-to-day activities that include coordinating with various stakeholders and managing project teams to ensure smooth operations. The work environment is dynamic, requiring effective communication and collaboration across different departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning and execution for facade, aluminium, and glass projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost control measures are in place.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and quality assurance.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Project Manager in facade, aluminium, or glass-related construction projects.
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of construction processes, site coordination, and architectural drawings.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
