Job Description
The Site Supervisor will manage daily operations on-site, ensuring that all aluminium and glass works are executed efficiently and to the highest standards. The role requires strong coordination and leadership skills to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee on-site operations for aluminium and glass installations.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Provide guidance and support to the installation team.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress and site conditions.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience in the construction/facade industry.
Good knowledge of aluminium & glass works, especially windows and doors.
Ability to read and understand technical/shop drawings.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Able to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
